We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return your product to us if you are not completely satisfied, and we will either repair or replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.
Please note that certain parts of this Policy do not apply to products that are offered for sale at discounted prices, because their original packaging is damaged, unsealed, or missing, or the products show signs of handling and/or re-packaging / shop soil.
As this Policy forms part of the SA Sublimation Blanks Terms and Conditions, words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless indicated differently in the context. This Policy is not intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.
Products need to be inspected and The Crafty Ginger is to be notified of any damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Photographs of damages are to be sent to The Crafty Ginger prior to the arrangement of the collection.
The product is to be repackaged suitably for return, as damages caused during transport may result in a decline to refund or attract a levy where applicable. Please ensure that all parts and accessories are included, as these will need to be returned at your own cost if not returned with the product.
We shall arrange collection of the product. Upon completion of return validation and product inspection, we shall replace the product, refund you or issue a coupon as per your election. This process may take up to seven (7) days to complete.
The Crafty Ginger makes use of an accredited and sufficiently secure payments platform. All payments are made through a third-party service provider that complies with accepted technological standards and the consumer agrees that The Crafty Ginger, its directors, or representatives cannot be held liable for loss or damages suffered as a result of transactions with or through this supplier.
